Unit arrived with a damaged dust cover and they sent out a new one ASAP; Very impressive. We just got the heater up and running for our first winter season, but the intermittent squealing noise coming from what I think has got to be the auger is annoying as all get out! -- We have an email into customer service -- Hopefully they'll pull through like they did on the dust cover. :) -- As far as quality of build -- everything else is top notch...and let me tell you the HEAT this thing pushes out is great and WAY less expensive than Kerosene...the way inflation and prices have sky rocketed since 2020 -- this was a no brainer.
