I have contacted comfortbilt.net on several occasions. Their service dept has always responded promptly to any questions, and even included pictures, about any repairs.
The parts dept is prompt as well.
I have 2 comfortabilt hp22 pellet stoves. 1 in the basement which runs about 6/7 months out of the year. And 1 in the living room, upstairs, which runs during the winter months.
Comfortbilt are GREAT stoves.
I have shutdown my oil burning furnace .... Especially with today's SKY HIGH heating oil prices
