The stove is very beautiful, there was a problem with my delivery where the stove was left outside and I had missing parts and problems getting it running due to the condition it was left in, but comfort Bilt made it supper easy to communicate, and they issued replacement parts for everything I need it they are super helpful with questions and customer service is a five out of five when my stove works. It’s beautiful it warms my whole house more than I expected. I had a few bugs in it, but that was not the fault of comfortbilt.
