The stove i purchased is very efficient and quiet. I have been heating with a pellet stove for over 20 years and I am impressed with the Comfortbilt stove. My stove was shipped and the box was damaged by shipper, stove cover panel damage resulted. I called Comfortbilt and they immediately sent me a new panel, customer service is outstanding. I cant stress enough how impressed I am with Comfortbilt's customer service, just outstanding. The stove has exceeded my expectations.
