Very happy with my pellet stove. Customer service with Comfortbilt was great with very friendly and technically knowledgeable staff available to address all issues. I also think it is great that Comfortbilt makes great YouTube videos for setting up and troubleshooting their product. It makes DIY troubleshooting very simple.
