It was easy to find the piece I needed. Shipping was extremely fast. It only took me a couple of minutes to replace the part. In the past I've contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. I like that the couple minor issues we've had after over 5 years of owning 2 comfortbilt stoves have been easily and relatively inexpensive to fix. Highly recommend.
