I purchased my Comfortbilt Stove one month after my husband passed away from Covid-19. One month after using my new Comfortbilt Stove, it started making a grinding sound. I called Tech Services. Support was very friendly and helpful. After months of trying to fix the problem, both winters of 2021-22 and now 2022-23, they sent someone to come to my rural town to replace a defective bearing! The sound was very nerve-racking, keeping me awake at night and then waking me up again early in the morning. It seems that the problem is now resolved. It is sad though, that you purchase a stove for thousands of dollars, and then have problems so soon after.
