The pellet stove has performed less than our expectations. While it's recommended to not run it in ECO mode, we have found that it's necessary to have the stove run more efficiently in this mode. Having it run continuously made the stove run on level 1, which fouled the burn pot quickly. Still, in Eco mode, the stove requires much more maintenance than our Breckwell does. We've also had to replace the control board after just a couple months.
On the positive, the heat delivery is excellent and it's much quieter than the Breckwell.
