this pellet stove works very good once you are past the learning curve. It has several quite
irritating features, that, I was told, are industry standards.
#1. the feed, leaves a very large amount of pellets in the hopper, then shuts off.
#2. the pop up button on the 'lid' is a pain.
#3. the VERY small opening to fill the hopper. (results in a lot of spillage).
#4. My stove arrived with a defective part. replacement part was sent quuickly, however
I have not been re-inbursed for the installation fee I had to pay. not happy about that.
