Bought 2 stoves 2 years ago. After some problems with a room fan I reached out to comfortbilt and was then informed they did not make the stove or service it anymore due to ongoing problems. They then gave me full credit for the stoves to purchase new stoves or the option for a full refund. Definitely a company that stands by their product. I appreciate their quick response and the customer service experience. I would recommend this company to anyone.
