Install was fairly easy. It’s nice that installation docs are on the website so you can review them and have everything ready. Shipment crate was a bit damaged but there was no damage to the actual stove. The stove lit off perfectly the first time after it was primed. I’ve used it about 3 months now to heat my garage in the winter. This heats up an insulated 24x24 garage pretty quickly and maintains comfortable temp on the lowest setting the only thing that doesn’t work is the built in room temp sensor. After several prodding emails they did send a replacement thermocouple. I have replaced it yet though because once it’s warm enough I know to just lower the setting down to 1. So far there hasn’t been any other issues with functionality. Fairly cheap way to add a good heat source. Regular cleaning just takes a minute to vacuum out. If you are heating your house with this you’d probably want a bigger hopper but for my purpose it’s just fine as is. Overall a great purchase with no regrets!
