I must say.....Comfortbilt customer service has been outstanding.....when I first got my unit (HP22)...I contacted in regards to settings for pellet feed during initial lightup....I was instructed on how to adjust and sent a guide as to how to adjust the feed/pause time..... Later....I had an issue with the unit stopping at the end of the cooling cycle and showing "low temp" alarm....upon contacting C/S and giving the particulars.....I got a prompt response that indicated the most likely cause was the need to service the ash ports....I followed the instructions provided.....and just like new.....I did not know of the need to do so.....and as re ecommended.....I viewed all the website videos regarding maintenance and cleaning.....all is well.... BOTTOM LINE.....quick response.....accurate information.....very knowledgeable Tech Team .....very happy with our purchase.....the performance of the unit and the outstanding support stafg
