Had used the unit for 5 months over the calender year. Air vacuum pump went, no tech was sent, I had to install the piece. Auger bearings went, again I had to do the install, not easy. Magnets for door broke. Door lock handle nylon nut is Chinese garbage and constantly loosens up. Poorly designed. Terrible .
