We bought an HP22 and love it. It runs pretty much 24/7 in the winter and, so far, has been relatively problem-free. One issue that we had was with the plunger switch under the hopper lid that stops the auger. I let go of the lid and it dropped and popped the switch apart and I had to spend hours going through the pellets in the hopper to find the tiny little pieces and put it back together to get it running again. Comfortbilt has great, responsive customer service and puts out a great product for the price, just needs to re-design this switch.
