The HP21 pellet stove has a lot of features to like. And many things I feel could be an improvement. Increase the slope of the hopper so all the pellets will slide down to the auger. Increase the size of the screen ans also larger font so it can be read standing up so no more bending over and squinting. The rim that the lid closes on could be sloped so pellets don't stay on it. The rim of the lid would still contact the interior edge at the top of the slope.The frollowing are more major changes which incluctng the aforementioned sugge4stions would be both a larger hopper and door allowing the ability to hold more pellets. A longer port exiting the stove facilitating the application of metal tape instead of 500 degree caulk. Some explanion in the manual why the way to reset it to the "House" involves un plugging the AC and back again. A more responsive customer service would be great. We spent a few 20 and below weather waiting for a response. We are going on a month listining to the bearings grind away. You promptly sent new bearings and the washer that should have been installed during manufacturing.
