I received help through texting and within a few minutes it was determined I needed a new control board and screen panel, I received them a few days later. The help was very quick and the time received was also. Once I replaced them I could not get the pellets to drop, so I live chatted and the gentlemen who was helping me asked me to do one quick move on the panel and to my surprised it started working. We love our Comfortbilt stoves and the support we get when and if a problem pops up..
