I recently purchase an HP22N and Pelletvent Pro duct. I asked several questions on the Comfortbilt website chat and they answered all of my questions quickly. the Pelletvent Pro duct worked out great and I made the right decision to get the high-end Pro duct as it sealed very well. The HP22N changed our basement into a comfortable den which also heats the upstairs through the floor. I coun't be more satisfied.
