I ordered a pair of sandals the end of July with the understanding I would receive them in 7-10 days. I didn't receive them until October. No communication, no response to emails or phone calls. Customer service is non existent. The only reason I'm keeping them is because I don't believe I'd receive a refund in my lifetime if I sent them back. Poor quality. Total scam!!
