I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on 10/13 and after following up on 10/19 as to when I might receive them, they issued a shipping label with USPS that states that the shipping label was created and USPS was awaiting the merchandise. I have since sent 5 emails and left one voicemail with no response. After reading these reviews, I called my bank and they are doing a fraud investigation now.
