OK - I have the same complaint as everybody else on this site but I'm adding the following explanation to maybe alleviate some of the brain damage. I placed my order 23Mar and it shipped 28Mar21. Tracking showed in transit, but when I had not received it by end of April, I emailed comfy sandal asking for an ETA but never got an answer, so I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. CapOne (best bank EVER!) immediately refunded my $ with a promise to investigate. In the mean time, I kept checking the tracking info periodically and -- TA DA -- on 24March tracking said that it was going to be delivered today -- and it was! and I love them! so - it literally came on the slow boat from China (prob thru the Suez Canal). If they had just answered an email (or 5) or put a blurb on their website that shipping is coming from China, peace would have reigned supreme a lot sooner. That said, I might even order another pair or two for next summer delivery. :-)
