It's a shame so many people had problems. I 've now ordered 8 pairs of shoes and all have been really nice. In fact, I gifted 2 pairs and am about to order some more. All shoes have held up well for several years even though I wear them to death. They are so comfortable, and the price is what I usually pay for shoes. The only drawback is that they take a long time to come, 6-8 weeks. But they are worth the wait.
