This company is a scam and please do not order from them. I filed a complaint against their store. Please go to Shopify.com and file a complaint at: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/email. Type in your question. I typed in, "file a complaint" and was taken to the correct page to send my complaint. Also send whatever documentation you have as far as trying to contact the store and a copy of your receipt from your confirmation email. Never let anyone take advantage of you when there is always something that you can to to fight back. Keep at it until you get the response you need. I'm sorry that there are so many victims to these scammers. Good luck everyone!
