It took me over a month to get my sandals as I live in Canada and when I finally got them, I tried them on and they did not fit. I have sent over a dozen emails over the past month and no reply. I also called the telephone number provided and still no contact with me. All I wanted to do was return the sandals for a full refund. The refund policy only allows me to obtain a refund within one month of receiving the sandals and they have to be in perfect condition. I am now out $60. And cannot wear the sandals as they do not fit. I am not happy with Comfy Sandals…this is not good customer service. C. Gauthier
