I’ve ordered two pairs of comfy sandals ( separate orders). I’ve received nothing from this company about shipping, although it’s beeen taken out of my account. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT INFORMATION. This company is a rip off. They have their money and U have no sandals. I’m contacting AE to open a complaint and get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their shoes are cheaper on Amazon and you get the the next day..
