I ordered a pair of sandals. They took money from my account. I did not receive an email confirmation or anything. I emailed and they did email back with a tracking number. The tracking number shows they were delivered in California but I live in Illinois. I am really hoping I get the sandals or my money back. I tried to call customer service but the line is disconnected.
