Ordered 2 pairs of shoes the exact same size.
The shoes are defective- I sent pictures per their request, the inner sole was not attached to the shoes. After numerous attempts to resolve this issue- all I receive is a “ generic” auto email response stating the same thing over.
I have called numerous times to be routed to an automatic answering machine- no response.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I order online all the time and have never encountered a situation like this. If a product is defective- it’s 100% the companies fault period.
This is not the case with the “ company.”
In my opinion this company is only out to make money and does not care about the customer, which every customer that purchase a product - is keeping this company in business- and paying their salaries.
A complaint with the BBB will be filed.
Word of mouth is worth it’s weight in gold , wish I would of seen this before
Unbelievable- do not order from this company. You will get generic emails from a robot “ Sarah P”
