I ordered Feb 22. They took the money out of my bank on Feb 24. Same day I received an email they are running behind 7-14. I wrote 3 emails ad no one responds just more offers. You call their 1-800 # and it's disconnected. Now the delay is 14-21 business days based on the order. I cannot answer any of the questions below because no one responds and I don't have my order. Poor Service Never Again
