I ordered two pairs of sandals in May 2020. The tracking information says that my shoes are in Brooklyn NY and when I call Comfy to find out where my shoes are all I get is a message saying leave a message. I have emailed them several times and have not received a response nor have I received my sandals. Bad way to do business. I'm filing a claim with the BBB.
