AGREE! DO NOT ORDER FROM COMFY SANDALS! I ordered sandals on May 23rd, received a confirmation email and on the same day an email saying they were working on my order, but to expect delays because of Covid-19. Then an email on May 25th saying it had shipped, and checking the tracking no. their shipping partner Jet E-Commerse Logistic, Inc. picked it up on May 26, arrived at their facility May 26, departed their facility May 28, and that is the last entry. Honestly I had forgotten about them until today. I sent an email saying to contact me by Monday evening regarding a refund or I would be reporting them to authorities on Tues. Let's see if it works. I also wish I would have researched the compnay first. I sure will from now on! Especially if they advertise in social media platforms.
