I went into my local Arby's in Bremerton because I was unable to contact them by phone for some reason. We had ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 fries in the drive-thru, when we got home we noticed 1 sandwich was just missing and the ham and swiss was missing cheese. When I went back to try to get it fixed the manager Richard became aggressive and confrontational. It seemed like he wanted to cause problems when all I had said to the counter lady was that if they were out of swiss cheese I would have paid extra for the real Swiss cheese instead I had to come back to be told they were out of that cheese. Apparently the counter person is the managers daughter in-law and he became aggressive and angry 😠😡. Instead of just saying he would remake the sandwiches he became confrontational and kept trying to escalate the problem. THANK GOD for Kyler, he sees me and my son about once a week and stepped in to help. I'm also mad about the fact he took my receipt. CORPORATE SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR IGNORING COMPLAINTS AND NOT RESPONDING TO REPORTS OF VIOLENT BEHAVIOR.
