The bluffton arby's in indiana is trash. Then they tell me I have to wait 30 mins so they can make them. Forget that. Poor management what is the point of being open when you dont have what you specialize in.”
“Ordered last night around 10 in the drive-through. I guess I was waiting for the macaroni to be cooked because it took a little time I should’ve checked my order, but I ate my fries right away and it was hard and cold because I was ready to get home. I didn’t check anything else once I got home to eat my burger and macaroni. The macaroni was fine, but my burger was not cooked. I don’t eat red meat as it is but to see my meat red in the middle I can’t eat that wasted my money and that was the main course”
“You can say what you want, but you have to admit that Arby's if anything is very consistent, I have had Arby's in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in Connecticut in the Poconos and a few other places I don't remember right now but they all taste the same, my only complaint is that they never look like the commercial but then neither does anyone else's, so go for taste and the curly fries you can't go wrong with that, keep up the good work and always remember (you can't please everyone) so just please yourself.”
“The Tarpon Springs FL Arby’s is one of a few near me but the one I consider my go-to place. It's always clean and friendly. Recently I had a minor issue when I ordered a BOGO deal online for in-store pickup. I ordered two of their regular roast beef sandwiches, but I wanted them to place the meat from both sandwiches on one - the equivalent of a double - since I'm trying to cut down on bread. Unfortunately, the young lady at the counter told me she could not do that because I didn't order a double but rather two regular sandwiches. Now mind you, I wasn't asking for anything extra. The amount of meat on a double sandwich is equivalent to two single sandwiches. Actually, the restaurant was benefiting because they would keep the two slices of bread which I did not want. She wouldn't budge so I asked to speak to the store manager. After a few minutes, a gentleman came out, I explained the situation, and he instructed the employee making the sandwiches to prepare mine in the way I wanted it.
Later on I received an email asking for a review of my experience, and I was honest in that review in explaining what had happened. To my surprise, the next day I received a call from Chris who identified himself as the general manager. He wanted to know more details about my experience to help him identify the employee involved so he could take corrective action. I gave him the information he requested, and he assured me that it would not happen again. He said my request should have been honored without any pushback and to make up for my less than stellar experience, he offered me a free double upon my next visit, which I received. Even without Chris' intervention, my difficulty in having my order made as requested would not have kept me from continuing to be a patron of this establishment. I am heartened, however, that management reads the reviews and takes them seriously. I'm sure the matter has been resolved and it will not occur again, even though it was a minor issue. I do want to commend this location overall and especially the management team.”
“I went into my local Arby's in Bremerton because I was unable to contact them by phone for some reason. We had ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 fries in the drive-thru, when we got home we noticed 1 sandwich was just missing and the ham and swiss was missing cheese. When I went back to try to get it fixed the manager Richard became aggressive and confrontational. It seemed like he wanted to cause problems when all I had said to the counter lady was that if they were out of swiss cheese I would have paid extra for the real Swiss cheese instead I had to come back to be told they were out of that cheese. Apparently the counter person is the managers daughter in-law and he became aggressive and angry 😠 😡. Instead of just saying he would remake the sandwiches he became confrontational and kept trying to escalate the problem. THANK GOD for Kyler, he sees me and my son about once a week and stepped in to help. I'm also mad about the fact he took my receipt. CORPORATE SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR IGNORING COMPLAINTS AND NOT RESPONDING TO REPORTS OF VIOLENT BEHAVIOR.”

~When our order was placed, I spoke very clear, slow, and articulate. The Arby's employee could only respond with partial mumbled words ? We tried again with no changes? Finally, a loud female employee took over and and yelled the order.
~Once we finally left with the order, the coke had absolutely no ice and one sandwich looked like a sloppy mess.
~The customer behind use, became so frustrated they got out of line and sped away.”

MARCH 28TH we ordered 2 for 6 1 crispy fish 1 beef n chedder potatoe cakes jalapeno poppers food was bad potatoe cakes were cold and was replaced with more cold ones fish on sandwich was cold ..employees seem to not care food was cold. If you pay 21 dollars to eat food should be fresh and hot not old and cold..maybe you need better emoyees or management”

“Let’s just start off. This is the worst place to eat. This is the second time I have went through the drive-through and got the wrong thing. I ordered a fish sandwich and fries and my husband made his order. His was right they gave me a turkey sandwich with bacon and cheese and nothing else on it And of course no one answers their phone. so I had to put my own lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise on the sandwich and it wasn’t even good so threw all of it away. Took two bites out of it. I don’t know who’s looking at this, but don’t go there. The customer service is not up to par. The lady in the drive-through can’t even hear. had to repeat my order twice and she still got it wrong.”
