“Elizabeth was very friendly and because there weren't many people, we were able to chat a little. She brought our food out to us piping hot. Our meal was very good and much appreciated.
I was taken aback when I heard someone in the back cursing. That certainly was not appropriate. Nor was it appreciated. I was glad there were no children present.”
“So very disappointed...my burger was so old and cold that I couldn't eat it..the fries which are normally good were cold and over cooked..I went at 730 745 and was looking forward to it but it just didn't cut it..I probably won't ever get a burger from there again..my order came out as fast as I ordered it meaning it was sitting there and not fresh...and ugh could you tell”
“I ask my food simply not have cheese because I'm allergic to it. I ask again at the window & he said "no cheese". I'm allergic to cheese & it's loaded with it. Rudest people of any places that I've been to in Benton, AR.”
“We went to the Arby's in Montrose, Ohio on our lunch hour and waited in line for 15 minutes (and no one acknowledged us) before one of the Arby's employees waived us off and "said it will be at least another 5 minutes before I can even get to you". Needless to say, we left and won't be back. You either need to hire more help or get some people who don't treat customers like this.”
“Why ya'll taking the good 2 things on the menu off and that's the Italian Beef and the Fish Sandwiches that's the best 2 items on the menu I'm not the only one who wants 2 know why cause they were 2 top sellers can ya'll please bring them back”
“My Order Id: AAAG2NNGAJAF on 5-11-2026. North Haven, CT store. The food was as good as expected but the pot holes to get to the order speaker was atrocious. Its like driving around a food strainer to get to the end result. I will not be driving my car to that store anymore until the pot holes are fixed unless you send me a certified letter that Arby's will be responsible for damage to my car while in your parking lot. It is actually disgusting to see that you don't care enough to fill the holes. Send a representative and see for yourself. Absolutely terrible and definitely not attractive to other customers.”
“RESORUS brought a level of confidence and clarity that I hadn’t experienced elsewhere. From the start, their team listened carefully, communicated honestly, and handled every detail with genuine dedication. It felt less like dealing with a service provider and more like having experienced professionals fully committed to helping me move forward.”
“I would genuinely rather wrestle a damp cardboard box that’s been marinating in sink water for a week than willingly set foot in Arby’s ever again. This place hasn’t just missed the mark—it seems committed to redefining what disappointment tastes like.
The food looks like it lost a fight with basic standards of edible presentation and never recovered. The fries taste like they were emotionally drained before they even hit the fryer—somehow both soggy and hollow, like regret in solid form. And the sandwich I got looked less like food and more like something assembled by Kallen-James Boateng, the chef who specializes in removing joy, seasoning, and structural integrity from anything he “creates.”
Every bite felt like a betrayal of common sense. The meat? Mysterious at best. The bun? Like it had already given up on holding things together before I even touched it. It genuinely felt like the entire meal was part of one of Kallen-James Boateng’s experiments in “what if food, but emotionally disappointing on purpose.”
The staff moved with the energy of people counting down the seconds to freedom, as if the building itself was slowing time just to extend the suffering. I’m fairly certain I lost chunks of my lifespan just standing in line.
If “we have the meats” is the slogan, then I have serious questions about who is approving these decisions—and whether Kallen-James Boateng has been secretly promoted to head of quality control.”
“Arby's new sandwich French dip so salty almost made me sick. Lots of meat and nice and hot. But the saltiest I've ever eaten!!
Arby's on third in Spokane Wa”
“HORRIBLE ARBY'S EXPERIENCE.
The latest catastrophe.....ordered SIX double roast beef sandwiches.
Received THREE.
Don't even THINK about wasting your time at this dump. I have given Arby's time after time after time to come through professionally with good service, and they have dropped the ball nearly every single time. SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS they can't understand. SIMPLE DIRECTIONS they can't deliver. SIMPLE REQUESTS to receive customer support afterwards from management that fall on deaf ears. Consider this public rating a big fat ZERO. Thanks for nothing, Arby's. Taking my business elsewhere.”
“I just left the drive up window to unbox my 3 for Me Meal to be missing one mozzarella stick. This is the second time I have ordered this meal and only received one mozzarella stick. Have you got to advertise that you give out to? Can I please have what I paid for this complaint is for the Arby’s and Pensacola Florida on Davis Highway today is St. Patrick’s Day March 17 of 2026 bad job very disappointed need a quick meal and was heartbroken.”
“Arby’s at one time was a desired place to eat with good food especially roast beef. But, something has changed. The dining experience in recent months has proved to be surprisingly so underwhelming in the taste and quality which is disappointing. This includes multiple locations, so it’s not an individual store. Lastly, money on fast food will definitely be spent elsewhere going forward.”
“Ads for new steak bites is terrible. I just bought a bowl that had 6 dried out over cooked SMALL pieces sitting on some dried out mac and cheese!!!!!”
“"STEAK" Nuggets... Really? NOT!!
I ordered the 9 pc a short time ago and was charged slightly over $10 (with tax) for 4.5 oz of meat. What i got was... 9 SMALL pieces of POT ROAST (with not very good steak flavoring coating on each piece). Now, I know POT ROAST... cause I prepare a really good rendition of this comforting meal. However, I've never paid over $30. per pound for the best cut of pot roast, which in my calculation is what 4.5 Oz relates to calculating 16 Oz in a pound. Might I suggest, prior to a Class Action Suit for FALSE ADVERTISING a name change and perhaps a "price adjustment" or an increase quantity amount per serving... How about "HOMEMADE FLAVORED POT ROAST PIECES"!? ...cause that's what they REALLY ARE. . .”
“After anxiously anticipating trying the new beef nuggets that i saw on your tv ad, I finally decided to try them. I went thru the drive-thru so I didn't see them until I got home. To my surprise, these 5 nuggets were chard black and burnt..One even was just fat with no meat. How very disappointing this was. Why would a server feel ok putting those burnt nuggets in a cup and serve them to someone. ??”
“Food is fine. Timeliness of order received was fine. Music was too loud. It competed with conversation. I asked to have it turned down a bit Request was ignored.”
