“Roast beef was cold, ordered curly fries got crinkle fries and the man frying was using a rag wiping his hands and then throwing rag on fryer and using it over and over again my husband was really disappointed because he loves the roast beef and we have to travel at least a half an hour to get there.”

“Spent $9 on my meal when I was paying asked for Arby sauce was told they were out sign was on menu. Lights were so dim on drive thru menu I did not see sign or wind had carried it away.
