Don't even THINK about wasting your time at this dump. I have given Arby's time after time after time to come through professionally with good service, and they have dropped the ball nearly every single time. SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS they can't understand. SIMPLE DIRECTIONS they can't deliver. SIMPLE REQUESTS to receive customer support afterwards from management that fall on deaf ears. Consider this public rating a big fat ZERO. Thanks for nothing, Arby's. Taking my business elsewhere.”
“I just left the drive up window to unbox my 3 for Me Meal to be missing one mozzarella stick. This is the second time I have ordered this meal and only received one mozzarella stick. Have you got to advertise that you give out to? Can I please have what I paid for this complaint is for the Arby’s and Pensacola Florida on Davis Highway today is St. Patrick’s Day March 17 of 2026 bad job very disappointed need a quick meal and was heartbroken.”
“Arby’s at one time was a desired place to eat with good food especially roast beef. But, something has changed. The dining experience in recent months has proved to be surprisingly so underwhelming in the taste and quality which is disappointing. This includes multiple locations, so it’s not an individual store. Lastly, money on fast food will definitely be spent elsewhere going forward.”

“Prices are expensive yet I love the turn overs. Thats why I keep coming back. But time and time again never have turn overs they are always out. I am the point I am done with that garbage place. The bluffton arby's in indiana is trash. Then they tell me I have to wait 30 mins so they can make them. Forget that. Poor management what is the point of being open when you dont have what you specialize in.”
“Ordered last night around 10 in the drive-through. I guess I was waiting for the macaroni to be cooked because it took a little time I should’ve checked my order, but I ate my fries right away and it was hard and cold because I was ready to get home. I didn’t check anything else once I got home to eat my burger and macaroni. The macaroni was fine, but my burger was not cooked. I don’t eat red meat as it is but to see my meat red in the middle I can’t eat that wasted my money and that was the main course”
“I went into my local Arby's in Bremerton because I was unable to contact them by phone for some reason. We had ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 fries in the drive-thru, when we got home we noticed 1 sandwich was just missing and the ham and swiss was missing cheese. When I went back to try to get it fixed the manager Richard became aggressive and confrontational. It seemed like he wanted to cause problems when all I had said to the counter lady was that if they were out of swiss cheese I would have paid extra for the real Swiss cheese instead I had to come back to be told they were out of that cheese. Apparently the counter person is the managers daughter in-law and he became aggressive and angry 😠 😡. Instead of just saying he would remake the sandwiches he became confrontational and kept trying to escalate the problem. THANK GOD for Kyler, he sees me and my son about once a week and stepped in to help. I'm also mad about the fact he took my receipt. CORPORATE SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR IGNORING COMPLAINTS AND NOT RESPONDING TO REPORTS OF VIOLENT BEHAVIOR.”
“Renee the Gm is bad for the store never helps employees with work in store ,also leaves employees by their self , goes to smoke and leave employees who are only 18yrs old in store with more the one order .”
“Paid 21 dollars for two subs medium curly fry the subs taste like just cheese only I definitely do not look like the commercial subs which we all know the food never does but I would be okay with that if the taste was not just completely. Cheese Only it doesn't even taste like steak dissapointed”
“Unacceptable Service.
~When our order was placed, I spoke very clear, slow, and articulate. The Arby's employee could only respond with partial mumbled words ? We tried again with no changes? Finally, a loud female employee took over and and yelled the order.
~Once we finally left with the order, the coke had absolutely no ice and one sandwich looked like a sloppy mess.
~The customer behind use, became so frustrated they got out of line and sped away.”
“At one time Arby's two for $6 fish sandwiches use to taste very good but now they are extremely disgusting and I think they changed the ingredients...
It got to a point where I don't want go inside of Arby's to buy food or drinks.”

“Arbys in Tifton Ga is the worst ive been too. MARCH 28TH we ordered 2 for 6 1 crispy fish 1 beef n chedder potatoe cakes jalapeno poppers food was bad potatoe cakes were cold and was replaced with more cold ones fish on sandwich was cold ..employees seem to not care food was cold. If you pay 21 dollars to eat food should be fresh and hot not old and cold..maybe you need better emoyees or management”
“Let’s just start off. This is the worst place to eat. This is the second time I have went through the drive-through and got the wrong thing. I ordered a fish sandwich and fries and my husband made his order. His was right they gave me a turkey sandwich with bacon and cheese and nothing else on it And of course no one answers their phone. so I had to put my own lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise on the sandwich and it wasn’t even good so threw all of it away. Took two bites out of it. I don’t know who’s looking at this, but don’t go there. The customer service is not up to par. The lady in the drive-through can’t even hear. had to repeat my order twice and she still got it wrong.”
“Went in ordered 2 beef n cheddars large curly fries and mozzarella sticks. Walked to my truck in loves lot everything was cold and old. Went back in and was basically told that there was nothing the could do bummer. Usually a great place stop runs on my route trucking this area.”

Go through drive thrus so I don’t have to go in anywhere. I have social anxiety and don’t do in places without my husband. So I left and won’t be back and will tell EVERYONE I know not
