“You can say what you want, but you have to admit that Arby's if anything is very consistent, I have had Arby's in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in Connecticut in the Poconos and a few other places I don't remember right now but they all taste the same, my only complaint is that they never look like the commercial but then neither does anyone else's, so go for taste and the curly fries you can't go wrong with that, keep up the good work and always remember (you can't please everyone) so just please yourself.”
“The Tarpon Springs FL Arby’s is one of a few near me but the one I consider my go-to place. It's always clean and friendly. Recently I had a minor issue when I ordered a BOGO deal online for in-store pickup. I ordered two of their regular roast beef sandwiches, but I wanted them to place the meat from both sandwiches on one - the equivalent of a double - since I'm trying to cut down on bread. Unfortunately, the young lady at the counter told me she could not do that because I didn't order a double but rather two regular sandwiches. Now mind you, I wasn't asking for anything extra. The amount of meat on a double sandwich is equivalent to two single sandwiches. Actually, the restaurant was benefiting because they would keep the two slices of bread which I did not want. She wouldn't budge so I asked to speak to the store manager. After a few minutes, a gentleman came out, I explained the situation, and he instructed the employee making the sandwiches to prepare mine in the way I wanted it.
Later on I received an email asking for a review of my experience, and I was honest in that review in explaining what had happened. To my surprise, the next day I received a call from Chris who identified himself as the general manager. He wanted to know more details about my experience to help him identify the employee involved so he could take corrective action. I gave him the information he requested, and he assured me that it would not happen again. He said my request should have been honored without any pushback and to make up for my less than stellar experience, he offered me a free double upon my next visit, which I received. Even without Chris' intervention, my difficulty in having my order made as requested would not have kept me from continuing to be a patron of this establishment. I am heartened, however, that management reads the reviews and takes them seriously. I'm sure the matter has been resolved and it will not occur again, even though it was a minor issue. I do want to commend this location overall and especially the management team.”

THE STAFF ..IS POLITE AND WELCOMING.. ORDERS. ARE CORRECT STORE IS CLEAN STAFF IS HELPFUL...... i had almost given up. On this store all together because in the PAST I was TREATED AWFUL .. before. The new manager IKE... the store was. Dirty ..you had to clean your table you had to wait in line forever.. if you ask them please dont warm the bun or put cheese on my sandwich ..sliders or the french dip .. and get all argumentive if i brought it back. I had Cancer. ..

I tried Arby's Wagyu Beef Smokehouse Burger last night & was pleasantly surprised to discover that this beefy gem actually rivals what I can do with a hunk of ground Wagyu beef. I'm an amateur chef and I post my fare under my #bachelorcheff brand which many of you have seen & I thank you for your input on those posts. When it comes to eating other folk's food while I'm out, I'm the "diner guy" who pretty much shuns fast food chains. It was well worth a trip to a fast food chain last night to sample Arby's Smokehouse Burger. This burger meets and beats what I look for in a good diner burger. Yesss, Burger chains and diners will be up against this rookie in the Burger Game this summer and trust me this rookie goes "Hard in the Paint!" Back in the day a little old lady posed the question "Where's The Beef!?" Today the Beef is at #arbys "Arby's ~ definitely has the Meat and may get a few more dollars outta me the next time I want a burger that I don't want to cook myself...
