“Arby’s Store #1581 in Florence, SC did a terrible job with our drive through order on Saturday, September 14th 2024.
We ordered 2 meals, a #2 regular and a #11 large. The fries were both regular size and so cold it was like they were made yesterday. They were inedible so it wasn’t too big of a deal that the containers were half full. Both of our drinks had no ice. The gyro had only meat and sauce, there was nothing else on it and it’s supposed to come with lettuce and tomato and onion. My roast beef sandwich was cold as well.
We will not be back.”
“Eating out is a rare treat and 8/15/2024 at approx 10 p.m. we chose Arby’s. They were not closed yet, however, they already had the fryers off, cleaning. We saw hamburgers on the menu, with them being a new thing for us, we tried them! The bacon cheeseburger one and the other one with all of the regular stuff. Those were undoubtedly the worst hamburgers we e ever had in our entire lives and we are Old! I have eaten at Arby’s since it first opening in FT Worth Texas a big long time ago! This is absolutely the worst sandwich ever! The meat is nasty! Reminds me of frozen bubba burger Pattie’s sold by the box at the grocery store and those are nasty! There was nothing good about the sandwiches! Nothing at all! The sauce poured out all over my blouse, even tho I had the wrapper wrapped around it and I was on a date! My blouse is ruined from the stain, we went to bed hungry and the terrible meal threw a wet blanket on the date! It ruined my whole night! That burger was just bad! So bad! We feel robbed!”

THE STAFF ..IS POLITE AND WELCOMING.. ORDERS. ARE CORRECT STORE IS CLEAN STAFF IS HELPFUL...... i had almost given up. On this store all together because in the PAST I was TREATED AWFUL .. before. The new manager IKE... the store was. Dirty ..you had to clean your table you had to wait in line forever.. if you ask them please dont warm the bun or put cheese on my sandwich ..sliders or the french dip .. and get all argumentive if i brought it back. When it comes to eating other folk's food while I'm out, I'm the "diner guy" who pretty much shuns fast food chains. It was well worth a trip to a fast food chain last night to sample Arby's Smokehouse Burger. This burger meets and beats what I look for in a good diner burger. Yesss, Burger chains and diners will be up against this rookie in the Burger Game this summer and trust me this rookie goes "Hard in the Paint!" Back in the day a little old lady posed the question "Where's The Beef!?" Today the Beef is at #arbys "Arby's ~ definitely has the Meat and may get a few more dollars outta me the next time I want a burger that I don't want to cook myself...
