I'm very happy, used this website to compare building surveys for purchasing a house, there were about 5 quotes and I chose Spartan home surveys because they offered competitive pricing. I filled out a form and had a survey booked two days later with a RiCS chartered surveyor! The report came through in 3 days and was extremely thorough. Very satisfied with the whole process and recommend not only this website but also Spartan surveys in East Midlands 👍
