Your recommended contractor was useless. Broke an expensive wardrobe and refused to have it repaired, the lad who broke the wardrobe was inexperienced, not trained and no uniform (so much for your criteria). You were a joke as when we brought our problem to your attention you were hopeless. Would I recommend you? No way!
