Literally the worst experience of my life. I booked a van with a driver and a helper a month in advance and paid the full amount as well. The confirmed my booking as well. On the scheduled day they couldn’t find any driver to help me, they didn’t compensate me, they rescheduled the time and cancelled again. I had to move everything with my own hands and take 2-4 Ubers !
They didn’t care at all. Most useless and pathetic company. They are scammers !
