The assessor's visit was stressful and unpleasant. Comments on us and on the house, that had no relation to the survey were made repeatedly. The original fee ended up being more than double. The assessor also made a lot of comments to make us feel he was going to have to do a lot more work in order to deliver the report. He also asked in a shouty voice whether we expected a good energy performance rating. It made us feel that if we didn't pay enough he was going to write an inaccurate report. Can't recommend this company.
