The deck had significant mildew (green) from a wet warm winter. The deck came very clean with just one application and some very light brushing in the heavy spots. There are some vertical areas (railings and posts) that will need a second application, because I did not brush there and it was pretty bad in those spots.
Even the areas that seemed like they were clean before using Corte Clean, came up brighter after treatment.
I'm pleased with the product.
Wish it was a little less expensive.
