It is a good product and does a good job, but is expensive considering that it must be applied twice a year and sometimes three times a year to keep the floor free of mold spots. In the spring one may have to use two applications to kill mold spots and a good amount of scrubbing. I think it would a real benefit if you could develop a sealer that protects the floor after cleaning. So far, I think it is the best product on the market.
