Great product - I wish more retail stores stocked. You really should use twice a year - spring and fall. If not, becomes difficult to clean and have to do excessive scrubbing with a scrub brush. You will have to scrub the surfaces to get them clean. I tried 3 other products before we found out about this one. Our deck looks like new after 8 years.
