MY deck is an open area. I find the cleaning does not last very long.... It looks good when I first do it.... but lasting longer than 3 months this does not happen, I am not able to do this cleaning on a 3 month interval... so I just grin and bear it till I do it the next time. I clean it in the spring and then in the fall.
