Wonderful product. I have a 8 year old 16' x 22' composite deck. I had some black mold spots in an area that was shaded by the house. I first used an electric pressure washer very gently (not blasting it) so not to damage the composite. It helped, but the black mold spots quickly returned. I purchased 6 bags of Corte Clean. I only used 3 bags to do the job. This stuff really works. Very happy. The bags have an expiration date. I have not used the other 3 bags yet. I'll see what happens when I use it this year. Did the job 2 years ago.
