The product seems to clean mold and dirt very well. I've been scrubbing after 5 minutes but I'm not sure that it's necessary. One problem: the video says to apply to dry planks and after 20 minutes to rinse with water. After rinsing, the next set of planks you'd like to clean are now wet.
The clean Timbertech planks seem to have tiny white specks, but look much better than they did before cleaning.
