The product worked fabulously...better and easier than I had anticipated. It's easy to mix and works quickly on the areas that need treatment. It will last for quite some time so it is well worth the money. And my deck looks brand new. I was careful when researching which products would be safe for my deck and this was the one... I have not used anything else. My deck is only 2 years old so will not need to try any other product.
