A friend of mine recommended this. I was a bit sceptic as our Trex deck was pretty worn and dirty. Extreme sun and winter had taken a toll on the deck. After the first application I was amazed how well it looked. Just be sure to wash everything down as I was applying it to our upper deck and didn't wash off the underside of the deck. I had to come back and wash the underside after I noticed the I had white streaks running down under the deck. No problem though. I ended up purchasing two more packages for future use.
