This stuff is like a miracle cleaner. It lifts out stains from the BBQ, animals, greasy shoes, everything. It makes the Trex deck look new again. Spray it on and it starts to bubble away the filth. Rinse and walla a new deck. And it doesn't damage anything. No bleach spots, nothing. Expensive, but worth it.
