Usually, I clean the whole deck twice a year. The deck looks new after cleaning. Periodically, I need to spot clean disgusting stains caused by the birds that hosing with plain water will not remove! The only marks that did not come totally clean were a couple of short little lines cause by moving something metal across the deck. These marks are barely visible. I am very satisfied with the product and have continued to use it since I got my deck about 7 years ago.
