Our deck had not been cleaned in years and was heavily spotted. After using CorteClean at it's strongest power it worked perfectly, however the instructions must be followed carefully. Once the deck is cleaned and spots removed, a maintenance twice a year is necessary using half the power. Highly recommend the product.
