I live in the extremely rainy, mossy and mildew growing Northwest. Over the years, I've tried many products formulated for decks, but none made much of an improvement in the appearance. However, after an application and good cleaning of our Trex deck, Corte Clean produced was the best result I've ever obtained. Some visual permanent staining from years of inadequate cleaning are still seen, but very inconspicuous. And cleaning the second spring was much, much easier.
